Entertainment Company Takeover Customer Journey 

I was involved in a workshop facilitation in which an attempt was made to understand to be process of Takeover CJ for a big italian Entertainment Company.
Ad hoc prototyped Customer Journey was created for each type of touch point identified upstream of the session.
